Dr. Seth Pachman, originally from Long Island, New York, developed his passion for physical therapy after undergoing knee surgery in high school. He realized then that for him, the best way to help others and to have as a great an impact as possible was to give back everything PT had given him - a chance to continue “living the dream”, making a full return to ice hockey even after complex knee surgery. He graduated from Quinnipiac University with both a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training / Sports Medicine and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Seth has experience treating athletes and active individuals in every sport, age range and level, from little leaguers to professional athletes to active adults playing recreational softball. Seth has vast experience across the country including stops at the Division 1 athletic departments of the University of Wyoming, Stanford University, Long Island University and the University of Michigan.

Seth founded the Power of Positive Physical Therapy because he saw how healthcare was delivered and knew that there could be a better way. With Seth, each session lasts an hour and is fully one on one with him. There are no PT aides or techs. No seeing your therapist for 10 minutes then being passed along to someone else. Seth takes full ownership of your care from the second you walk through the door. Many of his clients have either had pain during their sport for a long period of time or have seen other providers and the discomfort just has not gotten better. Seth takes pride in being the “go-to guy” for his athletes and clients.
